  I want to manage my own domain and move out of wordpress.com. I found auth codes but need to unlock first. When I go to “domains” it says there aren’t any. I feel I need someone at wordpress.com to help me get the domain name from them but appears this is the only way to get help?

  If you are talking about http://geistgourmetmushrooms.com/, it seems you don’t have an active domain connection or your plan or domain expired.

  You have to wait till a Staff member is available.
