    Domain was purchased from Hover. Web site is built in Square Space. We are moving to Word Press. Do I transfer or connect the domain? The new site in WP will not be ready for some time. Will the site on Square Space still be active so clients can access the content?

    The transfer just determines where your domain is registered, so you’re welcome to move the registration here whenever you’d like, while pointing the domain to the provider of your choice. So you could transfer and keep the old site live if you’d like.

    When you’re ready to go live here, you can connect the domain and adjust its settings to point to our services. And we’ll be happy to help with that, as when you’ve got a paid plan you’ll have access to faster support as well.
