  My domain has expired and i want to renew it. However it as if seems someone is using it since it is now showing porn. The domain is http://www.freeleif.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, the domain expired 51 days ago and had already been auctioned off. It is too late to renew.

  We have more detail on the expiration process at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ , but generally speaking, a domain has a two-week grace period. After that grace period, the domain is put up for auction (by the company that provides domains for WordPress.com). During this period (known as the “redemption period”), the previous owner can renew the domain with a late fee if no one has placed a bid on it.

  If someone has placed a bid on the site, then the domain provider won’t allow a renewal and allows the auction to proceed.
