  would like to buy a domain, but not have a credit card and paypal, is there any way to buy a ticket, bank transfer or deposit in Brazil?

  I’m sorry but the only methods of payment are the ones found in your Dashboard under Store.

  You can pay via a PayPal balance. If you have a PayPal account, you can use a wire transfer to add to your balance.

  You can also give the money to a trusted friend (NOT A STRANGER OR NEW FRIEND) who has a paypal account and can give you the upgrade as a gift.
