  I have a Ionos WordPress website already but could not find this theme but now I can’t find a way to add it to the Ionos WordPress theme selection !! is there a way to transfer it there ?

  What theme? The Assembler theme you have on your site here at WordPress.com? I’ve no idea how Ionos works but scroll to the bottom of https://wordpress.com/theme/assembler and people with self-hosted sites at other hosts built with wordpress can download it.
