domain

    Hello,
I just launched my website today and when opening it on chrome browser from my mobile phone, it says that connection is not secure, with the following error: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
I don’t understand what can be the problem since I understand the SSL is automatically provided by wordpress.com and under my domain section it seems to be active on my website.
The website uses free plan and domain from wordpress.com

Also this issue is not happening from chrome with iphone, but only on my android phone as I could so far verify.

    Thank you very much

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

When I browsed your site it showed me that the connection is secure and there is no SSL conflict.

  • Hi,

Thanks for reaching out and congrats on launching your site!

I just checked your site on both desktop and mobile, and it loads fine with no errors or security warnings. Since you’re only seeing that error on your Android phone, it might be related to cached data or an outdated browser.

Could you try these and see if it helps?:

    • Clear your browser cache on your Android phone.
    • Make sure Chrome is updated to the latest version.
    • Try opening your site in Incognito mode or another browser like Firefox, or another device.

Hi, thank you so much for your replies!
It was actually an issue with the update of my chrome on my mobile, sorry to bother for such a non-issue :)
    Thank you again!
