  Hi! We cancelled all our subscriptions yesterday and we thought that our domain was transferred in the possession of our website owners but sadly it was not the case. Now our website is gone and we cannot log in to it anymore because the domain is cancelled. Is there any way we can get our domain back from you and only continue with that purchase?

  Our website is of course built to that domain so I don’t know if we will lose it all if we don’t get the same domain back.

  Hello there,
  I can see indeed that both the plan subscription and domain have been canceled. There’s no guarantee that you will be able to register the domain again, but we generally release domains back to the public after cancellation.

  You can keep checking here for the domain when it becomes available: https://wordpress.com/domains/

  Meanwhile, I suggest registering a domain similar to that or with a different TLD. Again, there’s no guarantee that you will be able to register the same one again.
