  Actually, I want to change the site domain. Currently, it’s running on https://coolfastrefrigeration.wordpress.com/, but I want the website to open directly on the main domain https://coolfastrefrigeration.com.au.

  Checking your site and domains, it seems as though you mapped coolfastrefrigeration.com.au already to your site, but the nameservers on your registrar are not pointing to WordPress.com yet.
