It looks like the full registration didn’t go through. I added the payment back to your account.
Can you visit https://hannahunchaudhry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=search_form and type in hannachaudhry-ahmed.com once again?
The transaction that went through on your account was for a domain that was already purchased elsewhere, while a domain that is brand new costs $5 more. The $13 already paid will be applied at checkout.

thanks! i purchased a new domain however it saying because of dsn its not set up properly?

You’re all set—when a new domain is registered, it does take a little bit of time for it to update across the Internet.
You may need to clear your browser’s cache too since we both tried to visit the site before the full registration was purchased.

got it thank you ! the only thing that isnt working is the forward email adress i set up (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Great—when you added the e-mail address, did you click the link on the confirmation e-mail that was sent to your existing account? It might be hidden in your spam folder, or in the “Social” or “Updates” tab if you use Gmail.
It’s all look setup, short of that possibility. It could, too, be the new domain needing a little more time for the settings to filter through the Internet.

Hi again,
All of the settings are correct as far as I can tell. Are you sending the message from the same account as the one it is forwarding to? I’ve had my personal Gmail account not indicate a message I sent to myself via a forwarding address as new when sending it from the same Gmail account.
I’ve sent you a test message, both to determine if you get it and for us to use as a check if it doesn’t.
