  I did cancel my domain (hacchisub.com) in less than 48 hours, as is the process?

  After looking into your account, I found that hacchisub.com was not canceled and refunded. Do you still want to cancel it?

  Please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

  HI there,

  I have canceled and refunded you for the domain. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

  The domain will now get sent back to the registrar.

  The registrar will decide when to release it back to the open market, which is not guaranteed, but which usually happens within a few weeks.
