  I transferred my domain to namecheap.com and I deleted my website from wordpress. However, everytime I type the url primetechkw.com it keeps redirecting me to https://primetechkwcom.wpcomstaging.com/. How can I remove this redirect? I read online that I have to upgrade to the business plan in order for me to remove this redirect, is that true? Please any help or support is greatly appreciated. Thanks a million!

  Your domain’s name server are still pointed to us.

  You’ll need to change those to your new hosting provider’s name servers via your new domain registrar. Check their documentation for specifics on this.
