  You already have a domain that you are mapping from a .wordpress.com blog to ie. the blog linked to your username. If you want to purchase a domain mappimg upgrade for another free hosted .wordpress.com blog you can follow the instructions in this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/
  If that’s not what you mean please post again and clarify exactly what you want to do.
