  Hi,

  I moved prom premium to regular account. My domain changed from visionetleadership.com to visionetleadership.wordpress.com. The problem is that my readers still see the black view telling visionetleadership.com expired…. how can I fix it ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there! It appeared as if your expired domain was still mapped with your WordPress.com site. I disconnected that for you, so now your visitors should be able to view visionetleadership.wordpress.com without trouble.

  Thanks for your answer. I just tried again and the screen is still black. I still have a message for the renewal and I can’t directly access to my blog by typing http://www.visionetleadership.wordpress.com.Usually I just had to go to the address and I was automatically connected.

  Could you please visit your site without the “www” before the URL? Simply go to your blog: http://visionetleadership.wordpress.com/

  If you are still experiencing the issue, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
