  I selected to for you to create a domain, but when I clicked create you only created a fee wordpress domain. I have looked how to upgrade but the help says go to STORE. But I cannot find STORE on any of the pages!!

  How do I upgrade or do I have to delete and start again.

  You can go to your blog’s dashboard, then go to Store > Domains and follow the steps there.
