  Hello.this summer I did not pay for blog domain http://www.ketusi. com because I wanted to change it and I was using ketusi.wordpress.com..But today I decided to renew it,I payed $13 as was required, but I can not excess the site(even ketusi.wordpress.com).then I read that the domain time may expire.I did not know about it.What should I do? Can I return ketusi.com? and how about $13 I already payed ?

  Hi there,

  Because you didn’t renew the domain last year, it expired and was sold to a new owner. We no longer control that domain and can’t recover it for you.

  I cancelled and refunded the $13 domain mapping for ketusi.com you just purchased, since you can only use that upgrade when you still own the domain name. (Please note that it may take up to a week for this refund to appear on your bank statement.)

  You could try contacting them to see if they will sell the domain to you. Please be sure to use a reputable online purchasing site for this transaction, if it happens.

  Another option is to go to the Domains page and register a new, different domain name to use with your blog.
