I want to cancel my domain in wordpress.com, bought through Registro.br! But i can’t find the right place to do that. I need to clean all about my domain (poprockers.com.br) from wordpress.com in order to use another host and ftp program.

Hi Marô,

Does that mean that you do not want your WordPress.com Premium upgrade either? If not, I can cancel that for you and issue you a refund for it, but I will need to do so immediately as it is almost outside of it’s refund period.

I just went ahead and issued you the refund, so you’re all sorted! You should be seeing it back in your account in the next few days to few weeks, depending on your bank and their refund policies.

hi! i have another issue.

i cancelled my upgrades that gave me the redirecting of a domain (portalpoprockers.wordpress.com redirects to poprockers.com.br)! how can i undo the redirecting?? i can’t find it anywhere.

I still don’t understand it, sorry.

I didn’t buy the domain from wordpress, but bout the upgrade to redirected it to portalpoprockers.wordpress.com.

Now I have made a new website at wordpress.ORG and i want to use my domain poprockers.com but it is still linked to portalpoprockers.wordpress.com!

Can you explain to me why i need to buy the redirect again?

Ok I tried redirecting but i had already deleted my wordpress site and now I can’t redirect it anymore!

Hi,

Just to recap, you previously mapped the domain poprockers.com.br to your WordPress.com site portalpoprockers.wordpress.com. That upgrade was cancelled on 3/4/15. Now, you would like to use poprockers.com.br with your self-hosted site, but you’re seeing your WordPress.com site instead when you visit the domain. Is that correct?

Your domain poprockers.com.br should currently be pointing to a self-hosted site. It’s loading the following site on my side:

If you’re seeing something different, can you try clearing your browser’s cache following the steps here?
