  Hello

  The domain Groomedandglossy.com is registered with Wild West Domains, LLC .

  You need to contact them and ask them to Unlock domain name and disable domain privacy and get EPP code ( authorization code ) from them .

  Then can provide you EPP code and you can transfer the Domain registrar to new registrar .

  Hi thegroomingguide,

  That’s correct — groomedandglossy.com was registered through WordPress.com. Wild West Domains is our domain registrar but we still handle support and renewals, so you are in the right place.

  groomedandglossy.com is owned by ggblueadmin1984. Please log out of WordPress.com, then log back in with that username to manage the domain because the transfer can only be initiated through that account.

  Once logged into the correct account, please follow these transfer steps:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  Come back to me if you have any trouble logging in to the other account.
