  Cannot get access to my domain settings. I get this message:- ‘Domains are not available for this site. You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time. View Plans’ I cannot access nameservers or anything and the site is still live and it renews May 22, 2025 recipephoto.com

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I confirm your domain recipephoto.com is with us but there is no WordPress.com site associated with it. If you want to create a site on WordPress.com with that domain, you can use this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-a-domain-without-creating-a-site/#manage-your-new-domain

  This will also let you manage the DNS after the domain is associated with a WordPress.com site.

  If you wanted to do something else, please share more information.

  All I get is – Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t connected.

  I have no plugins active and so I cannot connect to Jetpack

  When I go to the site I get –

  Domains are not available for this site.You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time.

  When I try to create a site I get a message to contact support to downgrade my plan. What plan am I supposed to have? I am lost. How do I change the nameservers back to nothing?

  I cannot manage or view settings.

  I cannot manage dns.

  I cannot manage contact information.

  When I click on the domain, I get sent to this page – https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/all/recipephoto.com/edit/recipephoto.com
