Domain Access
-
Hello
My current Hosting Company has agreed to allow me to let my Domain be accessed by a new Hosting Company.
They have asked me to provide them with a new Named Server & IP Address so that they can allow another third party to access my Domain.
Can you provide this information so that I can migrate to your services?
Thanks
Richard Crounse
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The wordpress.com nameservers are
ns1.wordpress.com ns2.wordpress.com ns3.wordpress.comYou change those settings at your domain registrar where you bought the domain.

According to the other Hosting Company they need IP Addresses as well. Thanks for providing these too.

rcrounse, they should be able to point the domain only with the name servers above. We encourage to use our name servers rather than IP addresses because our IPs can change over time, if that happens your site will not be available anymore.

rcrounse, it’s all set, your WordPress.com site is already working at your domain “genizis.com”, as follows:
You can now edit the site at WordPress.com, add pages, posts, choose a theme, etc. You can check more information below:
