Domain Access & Verification Issue – alignmentplusbrakes.com

  Hi there,

  I need assistance regarding my domain alignmentplusbrakes.com.

  Here’s a summary of what happened:

  I originally purchased the domain via Wix.

  I then transferred the domain to WordPress, but I wasn’t satisfied with the setup.

  So, I transferred it back to Wix.

  After the transfer, I was supposed to verify my domain’s contact email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) via a message sent from WordPress, but I missed the verification deadline.

  Now my website is down, and when I try to verify the domain, I receive a message saying:

  ‘You are receiving this message because you recently registered or changed the contact information for one or more of the following domains: alignmentplusbrakes.com.’

  However:

  The verification link says it’s expired.

  When I try to log in to WordPress using (email visible only to moderators and staff), it says there’s no account under that email.

  And currently, I can’t use my domain because it’s still tied to the old WordPress account — which is mine, but I can’t access it anymore.

  I need help either:

  Recovering the WordPress account that holds the domain.

  Or releasing the domain so I can properly manage and use it again via Wix.
