Domain Accidentally Deleted

  Hey WP team, a few minutes ago I accidentally deleted my domain name ‘videogamemusicalliance.com’ and would like for this to be restored if possible. My intent is to transfer my domain to another site, but that requires ownership (which I currently don’t have with it being deleted).

  I’d like to clarify that your domain is actually registered through Squarespace, not WordPress.com. Plus, it is still working, as it hasn’t been deleted.

  What has happened here is that your WordPress.com Business plan expired. As a result, the domain got disconnected from your WordPress.com site. No worries though, this can be easily resolved.

  To reconnect your domain, you can simply purchase a new plan with us. Once you have an active plan, you can reconnect your domain to your WordPress.com site.

  Moreover, if you’re considering transferring your domain to WordPress.com, that’s definitely possible. An added advantage is that if you upgrade to any of our annual plans, you can transfer your domain to WordPress.com for free.
