Domain accidentally deleted
-
I was trying to transfer my domain from Bluehost to WordPress but couldn’t unlock the site on Bluehost and got no response from them, so I canceled the transfer, and got a partial refund of $50.40 on my original $62.40 order. I seem to still have a WordPress account, so I’d like to try again to transfer http://www.libertymedianh.org to WordPress. Can you help me do that?

@tpcaldwell65 I’ve moved your request to its own dedicated thread to ensure we can address it properly. You can find our response and continue the conversation here: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/domain-accidentally-deleted-3/?view=all
I’ve also initiated a refund of the remaining $12 from your original purchase. Please be aware that it may take 7-10 days for the credit to reflect in your bank account.
Upon reviewing the information regarding your domain, I noticed that it’s registered with Network Solutions, not Bluehost. Were you expecting the domain transfer to bring your existing website here? If so, that’s a different process called site migration. You can learn more about it at https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-using-migrate-guru/.
For unlocking the domain to start the domain transfer, you’ll need to contact Network Solutions as they’re the registrar of your domain. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to transfer a domain from Network Solutions to WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-a-domain-from-network-solutions/.
Keep in mind that the domain transfer cost will be covered in the cost of a yearly paid plan. Make sure to have the plan in place before initiating the transfer!
