domain accidentally expired

    Hi, our domain accidentally expired and am unable to contact support because it says it’s ‘unable to fetch enough information about the site’. How can we renew this?

    I understand how critical this situation must be for you, and I empathize with the inconvenience you’re facing due to your domain expiration. Unfortunately, as per our policy, when a domain expires, it enters into an expiry auction. This process can make immediate renewal challenging.     However, there’s some good news. If your domain isn’t sold during this auction, it will enter into a redemption period. My calculations indicate that this should happen by the end of this month (July 31st). At this stage, provided your domain hasn’t been sold, it becomes possible to initiate a recovery process.

    When the redemption period arrives, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us again. We’ll guide you through the process to help you recover your domain. I know this isn’t an ideal situation, and I wish there were a more immediate solution.
