domain adding problem

  Help me please, I am a beginner!

  I want to take wordpress word out of my URL name. I changed the nameservers and everything is ok from the registrar point of view, but the change hasn’t yet been done. I mean, if I access my blog by clicking on the url http://www.no14plusminus.ro – which is the domain i own – nothing happens, and i want the blog to appear when clicking this url. What must I do? thank you in advance.
