how can I change my domain address? I was informed that I cannot use the word “playstation” in my web address and need to change it, how do I do this and is it even possible?

Oh no! I just realized that you have a .com domain and are domain mapping to it from a .wordpress.com blog. In that case I believe the domain mapping must be removed first. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.

well that and the site is hosted elsewhere, I bought the domain through wordpress.com tho

Registered domain names cannot be changed, and yours has unfortunately passed the 48-hour refund period.
At this point, I’d recommend just adding a new domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
We can cancel the domain, but I’ll need to see the request here from the user who owns the domain in order to proceed.

I recently purchased a .me domain name but cannot seem to access it?

You site loads fine for me – just log in and go – when you are logged in you will always see the base blog that you have mapped your domain name to

Yup! That seems to be it, it may just loaded in error, I cleared my cache & I now see it, thanks everyone.
