Domain address

  I bought both domain names solesurvivalskills.com and solesurvivalresort.com and I would like for the information from the (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be posted to both new domains. When I only had the first address connected to the wordpress blog everything was showing up fine but when I tried to connect the second one things got messed up somehow. Now when you go to the internet and search for either site it will give a page error notice. If you could help me with this I would be very appreciative, however due to the nature of cyber space this appreciation might not do you much tangible good but be assured that if you help me I will send many good thoughts your way! :)

  Hi there,

  solesurvivalresort.com is set up correctly, so we don’t have any problems there.

  The issue is the name servers for solesurvivalskills.com are not pointed to WordPress.com. Since this URL is set as your primary domain it’s causing problems with the other domains as well.

  Here’s how you fix it.

  It looks like you purchased solesurvivalskills.com from GoDaddy so that’s where you will go to point the domain to WordPress.com name servers. Here are the general instructions for how that works:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Here are the instructions from GoDaddy on how to get to the right place on their site to make the changes:
  https://support.godaddy.com/help/article/12317/setting-custom-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-us

  Thank you so much for you quick reply, sorry it has taken me so long to get back with you on this, I got called away. Day before yesterday I tried redirecting solesurvivalskills.com from godaddy to solesurvivalresort.com that did not seem to help so yesterday I tried directing it to the blog adress of solesurvivalskills.wordpress.com and this morning it still does not seem to be helping. So which one am I supposed to be redirecting it to? I would like for the to get rid totally of the blog address with the wordpress.com ending it seems that just adds more trouble. I just want the websites solesurvivalskills.com and solesurvivalresort.com. Is there a way to get rid of the wordpress.com blog ending and replace it with one of the .com ones? I thought that was what I had done when I bought the solesurvivalresort.com through wordpress but when I click on “my blogs” it still says that I have the blog with the wordpress.com ending. I hope I am not seeming to confusing! Thanks for any help you can send my way, sorry that I am so dense!

  I figured it out! Thank you for your help. I just had solesurvivalskills.com as the primary domain in wordpress and so when I changed my primary domain to solesurvivalresort.com and then dirested skills.com to it then everything is working right again. :) Thanks
