  how do i change my domain address so that it doesnt say @wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Aloha snapalook, You can do that by upgrading to one of the paid plans. Each one of these plans will allow you to use a domain without the “.wordpress.com” portion.
