  I’d like to change my domain address. Is it possible to make this change or do I need to delete this whole site/ account and start from scratch? Thanks

  Do you need to add Custom domain or you just need to change your Site address from abc.wordpress.com to example.wordpress.com?

  You do not need to delete your site or account to change your domain/site address.
