  I have a domain address for my blog, but the address is hosted by someone else.

  Should I keep my .wordpress.com, or should I move my blog to my .com address?

  You can keep your site hosted at WordPress.com, and map the domain to it:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
