Domain address listed as both "unavailable to use" and "non-existent"

I would like to register a domain address, but it says it already exists. When I looked up the domain (word for word), I received the notification that the domain had been deleted. Why, then, am I unable to use this domain address?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, the link beside the “blog I need help with” is not actually the blog I need help with. I want to create the address “madetomove.wordpress.com”. That’s what I need help with.

There’s a lot of this going around. I’ve answered this repeatedly today.

Deleted blog URLs are never reused here. It’s policy.

The site madetomove.wordpress.com was deleted, and like raincoaster said, we do not restore deleted blogs or recycle the address for new users. You will need to choose a different address for your new site.
