Domain Address Not Forwarding

  This is my second attempt at resolving this issue– My website’s address is http://www.terrafirmacircus.com — I pay for the address and service through WordPress as well as host it here. Although my site should be active by all accounts, when the address is entered, instead of going to my website, I get this message ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘

  This is extraordinarily frustrating as this is a business page, and this business is currently trying to book shows for this year, yet we are now unable to forward people to the website which out business cards sends people to.

  PLEASE help me find a solution to this–
