  Hi,
  I’m looking to unlock my domain name chinatownremixed.ca
  I found this link:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#domain-manager-login

  As I follow the instructions I go to
  1. Store> Domains
  2. Look for domain administration (not there)

  In the forums it says that you must be the person who signed up for the domain.
  The domain chinatownremixed.ca is in my domains section (I’m doing the webmastering, and the assigned person gave me this info).
  So my question is
  how do I unlock my domain and how do I tell if I’m the account that registered the domain name?

  Most of the problem is that the domain chinatownremixed.ca was not registered through WordPress.COM – so that is the reason you don’t have access to that part of the domain management.

  The name servers are pointed at WordPress.COM for your domain mapping.

  Your registrar seems to be: Namespro Solutions Inc.
