Domain already exists???

    Good morning.

    I have started a WordPress.com Premium to have a blog AND a domain registered in WordPress (by the way, a domain that was said “FREE” in the beginning of the process.
    In the last step (payment) I receive the message “! This domains already exists and cannot be registered.”
    Why does it start with a big OK and in the final step I have a big NO?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    By the way, I hope there are no debit in my debit card for the 2 times I have tried to finish the WordPress.com Premium… :S

    There are no charges made to the account that you’ve contacted us from.

    Can you share the URL that you are trying to register?

    Each WordPress.com account comes with a free .wordpress.com url. Custom domains, ones that end in .com, .org, .net, etc… are part of an upgraded plan. Those plans are listed here.

    I have tried many forms, including the path you suggest above.
    And, as I said before, I receive this message after filling the safe payment/card form and hitting “pay”:

    Este dominio existe actualmente y no puede ser registrado.
    This domains already exists and cannot be registered.

    Is the a way for me to send you a print screen of this page? Can I attach a JPG to these messages?

    Now I have tried to pay using PayPal just to see if anything new happens.
    The screen changed without any messages and I do not know yet if the PayPal accepted or not the payment.
    My plan is still a free plan… please check if there is (or not) a in my card debit card or my PayPal account.

    Yes. You can upload a screen shot to your media library of your free .wordpress.com site and I’ll be able to take a look at it. Here are the instructions to make a screen shot.

    tech.live is considered a premium domain. This is why you are receiving the orange message “tech.live is taken. If you purchased tech.live elsewhere, you can map it with WordPress.com Premium.”

    This domain is available through other registrars, but it is quite expensive. We aren’t able to register directly.

    To use this domain with WordPress.com you’d first need to register that domain with another registrar and then map it to your account.
