Domain already mapped to another wordpress account

    Hello,

    I just created a premium account. Once I tried to map a domain I already own to my account, it says the domain is already mapped to another wordpress account. I don’t understand how is it possible, since I am the one owning this domain…

    ¿Is there any way to remap this domain to my account?

    Hi there,

    I see that you currently have the domain cornerjob.com mapped to your site, along with your Premium plan. (That domain was mapped when you purchased the Premium plan, so if you tried adding it again later you’d get that error message.)

    However, that domain isn’t yet pointed at WordPress.com. To use the domain with your site, you’ll need to change the domain’s name servers to these:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Your domain registrar (where you registered the domain) can help you make that change, if you need. We also have complete instructions in our guide to Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping).

    Hello, I have the same problem when I want to map my domain http://www.philippematine.com
    the thing is as I have not paid yet, there has to be a mistake somewhere, or is it me (probably…)
