  Is this domain then already reserved?

  If you are asking is “bubbletix.com” reserved for you as a custom domain – the answer is No –

  A custom domain name is never reserved – when you register it then it is yours to use as long as you continue to renew the registration every year – fail to renew the registration and someone else can register it and use it
