Domain alter-echo.org expired

    Hello,

    our domaine name alter-echo.org has expired and we dont’ understand why.
    It seems that we have not payed in june 2016 but we haven’t any mail of wordpress to tell us to pay.

    Can we pay now 18€, on your website i have just find how to uprgrade but it’s 32€ and we haven’t this.

    Do we have a solution ?

    Hi there,

    That domain expired in June. It has since been deleted and bought by someone via a different registrar, pheenix.com. There is no way to get that domain back unless you want to contact pheenix.com yourself to try and buy it back from the current owner.

    According to our logs we sent you reminder emails on 23 May, 4 June and 8 June. If you did not receive them the problem is most likely with your email provider.
