    Ran,

    I am repsonding to your email about the domain “bbcpickens.org”. First of all I never requested that the domain be canceled, I was upset about the withdrawing of funds without my knowledge. I know that you refund the money, and said that you were canceling the renewal.

    I went back after a few days, changed the card info and thought I was renewing the site. following everthing the screen told prompted my to do. I have a recepit where I paid $12.00 thinking that it was renewing and found out only last week that it only did domain mapping. I have since tried to find where to pay the other $5 to bring the website back up but to no avail.

    Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
