    How do I contact anyone at WordPress to discuss the status of my blog? I have not used it over a year. I cannot post because I have gone over the photo limit. I want to know if my account is still active.

    Hi there,

    I checked, and yes, you are on a Free Plan with a 3 GB media limit, but you currently have 7 GB of media uploaded from when you had the Premium Plan. You can still publish posts, you just won’t be able to add any more images to the media library without removing 4 GB of media or, as what I would recommend, repurchasing the Premium Plan.

    With the Premium Plan, you’ll get 13 GB of storage, which will allow you to add more images to your posts, in addition to no ads, CSS access, live chat with staff, and more:
