Domain and broken links

    Hi We got locked out of our paid site http://www.nhcommunitychurch.tv after changing the theme. We cannot afford to pay for repair. I would like to be able to use the domain url for this new site unless we can get access to the control panel of the paid site and start from scratch? Please help. Thanks

    Hi there,

    The site at http://www.nhcommunitychurch.tv/ is still online, though that’s not a WordPress.com site. That site is using the open source WordPress software which you can download from the WordPress.org website, and it’s hosted by iPage.com.

    Self-hosted sites are not connected to our systems in any way, so I have no way of helping you to regain access to that site. You will need to contact iPage support for help with this instead.
