Domain and Customer Service

Hello,
Two days after the domain farquharmasonry.com was created, we asked that it be deleted. It is practically impossible to contact anyone on this site. I posted on a forum and was told that this situation was resolved. I have recently been asked to renew my domain. Why was this situation not resolved? How do I go about getting it taken care of?
I would really like to speak with someone to resolve this issue.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is a peer support forum. We Volunteers are your fellow bloggers and we can’t help with this issue. You will have to contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Why was this situation not resolved?
You never confirmed a year ago to the staff what you wanted done when they askyou for confirmation. The staff does not blow domains away without a confirmation – the stakes are too high and they don’t want to kill the wrong URL.
