domain and email provider asking for an ip address to set up email

    I am using NameSecure.com and they are telling me they need an ip address in order to set up the email account I purchased. Where would I find this information and is there dns settings I should be using?

    Hi there!

    I can see that you chatted with Jason over live chat about this also. :) Just to reiterate what he said: You shouldn’t need an IP address from us in order to get your email up and running, instead you’ll need DNS records from your email provider. The DNS records can be added on our end by following the guide here:
