domain and export

  I am talking about Portugal and I have a problem.
  I need to pass the address:
  capeiaarraiana.wordpress.com
  to:
  http://www.capeiaarraiana.pt
  but now the home page is blank.
  I’m desperate.
  Secondly when I do TOOLS> EXPORT always gives error
  Can you help me please.

  The domain’s name servers are not yet pointed to us. Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ they need to be:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  When i do TOOLS > EXPORT always gives error.

  The page seems to load fine for me. Try going directly to https://capeiaarraiana.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?type=export
