Domain and G Suite

I bought a domain fusionwithin.com. I have cancelled G Suite and reqested reimbursment and my website and pages I have set up have gone, just now. I’d like to find out why my domain name and website has suddenly dissapeared?

  • HI there,

You did not contact us to request a refund and you did not cancel any upgrade via the Purchases page. Instead, on 31 January you disputed your payment with your bank, and asked your bank to refund your money, not us.

Filing a chargeback against us as you have done means you are accusing us of fraud. This causes all upgrades on your account to be removed, and your site to be locked, until you pay the chargeback fee. If you want your domain back again, you’ll need to pay again for that as well, as you filed a chargeback not just for your G Suite subscription, but also for your domain.

You can read our full policy on how we handle chargebacks here:

    Chargebacks & Disputes

If you withdraw the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves, but if it’s too late to withdraw the dispute you will need to wait for your bank to refund you after they’ve completed the process on their end, and you won’t be able to use your domain again until you pay the chargeback fee.

My partner will get back to you shortly and thanks for your reply. There was no intent of fraud accusations. She was not aware of any feedback so has raised the issue with the financial vendor but only after the website had disappeared.

    Thanks

  • Let me know if you’re still able to withdraw the dispute, though at this late stage it might already be too late, in which case you’ll need to pay the chargeback fee to reactivate the site.
