FROM GOOGLE:
Hello Brittany,
Thank you for contacting Google Cloud Support. I understand you are no receiving messages. I am glad to help.
To set up email with G Suite, you need to direct your domain’s mail flow to your G Suite account. You do this by pointing your domain’s Mail Exchange (or MX records) to Google mail servers. You can find the complete information about configuring MX records by visiting https://support.google.com/a/answer/33915. Keep in mind that these changes may take up to 24 hours to completely propagate.
As we spoke, please contact your domain host to check on your domain’s DNS. You can contact them at http://www.wordpress.com or 877-994-9757
Please make sure to add these MX values:
Priority Points to:
1 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
5 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
5 ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
10 ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
10 ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COMYour time is much appreciated and our goal is to offer all our customers an excellent support experience. With this in mind, I will proceed to close your case. However, if you need any additional assistance, you can respond to this message within the next 30 days and gladly help.
Have a nice day,
Sincerely,Luis

Hi Brittany,
I don’t see a domain name ever registered on the account you’re using to contact us. Can you please let me know the domain name in question so I can better assist you?
@bookstooge, that phone number belongs to a company called GeometricBox that provides support for WordPress sites. Here on WordPress.com, we don’t provide phone support as all communication is online.
