  If I do not take domains and hosting plans, can any user not see my posts?

  Great question!

  It sounds like you are wondering if the free plan allows the whole world to see your work – the answer is yes, even the free plan allows everyone to see. This depends, of course, on the Privacy settings for your blog/posts.

  Hello Nikhil,

  Paid plans come with more features, e.g. a custom domain and more storage. But the free plan covers all basic functionality. So as Dave already mentioned, you’re visitors will be able to see your posts as long as you’re using the correct privacy settings.
