Domain and hosting

Hello, I have a company making me a new website. They are asking for my Domain and Hosting credentials to deploy my website. I just wanted to see what the correct way was to go to give them a safe way to do this

You’ll need to ask the hosting provider where you intend on hosting the site for this information. What your developer is asking for is credentials to access your hosting provider’s servers to upload the site’s files there. Uploading a site in that way is not possible with us on WordPress.com, so I’m guessing you have hosting at another provider.
To be clear, your site is made using the open source WordPress software. But the forum where you’re posting now is for WordPress.com, just one of many hosting providers for that software. So you need to contact whoever you’ll be using for hosting your site for help with this.
