  I already have a domain and a hosting, how do connect to WordPress without having to pay?

  To use your domain, you would need a paid plan with us.

  OR, if your host allows it, you can install and maintain your own copy of WordPress with your existing hosting. For help with that, though, you would want to use the correct community forums, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
