Domain and hosting [EXPIRED]

I’ve sent an email two days ago and still no reply from the support team…
Hi,
I have a few questions regarding my domain and hosting that is currently expired so I need answers as soon as possible.
1. I see the cost of 34$ next to my domain. Is it the cost of the domain only or does it include hosting service as well?
2. Can I transfer my domain before September 10, 2017?
3. What will happen with my domain if I don’t renew it before September 10, 2017?
4. Can I point my domain to another server, should I use a different company for hosting?
5. Can I upload my own theme? It seems that I can only buy theme from wordpress.com

@crmnkwn we recommend renewing immediately. Here’s why:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/1. That’s the domain. A personal plan includes the domain and doesn’t cost much more.
2. You need to get the domain back in your account first. Also transfers tend to take longer than a day.
3. It could go into redemption any moment. See the link above.
4. Yes, after you’ve regained control over your domain by renewing it.
