  Hi, I recently just ended a WP training and have developed a yet-to-finish site that is hosted temporarily by the training company.

  As I need to migrate onto another web hosting site soon. May I know how do I go about doing so with WordPress.com ?

  I saw there is a Personal Plan that cost SGD$5/month; and comes with a free domain.
  Question:
  1. Does it comes with cpanel that allows me to import my site via plugin?
  2. Assuming after 1year; and I needed to migrate onto another hosting site. Do I have full control of the site content and be able to migrate via plugin as well?

  Using the Personal plan, you would import using these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/import/

  WordPress.com does not use cpanel for file access.

  You own and control your content. You can delete it or export it to take it with you to another host. However, again, we do not use plugins for Personal plan sites. You would export using these instructions:
