  Hi.
  I want to ask if i upgrade to a personal or premium service, what will happen to my
  ‘Zeeshangfx.wordpress.com’
  What would be my sites url?
  How will I convey my new url to all the website visitors?
  Any other information you think valuable, please let me know.

  As for the question though, if you upgrade to a Pro plan, it includes one free year of custom domain registration, and your site’s old URL will redirect to the new custom domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#add-a-domain-name
